I am trying to resize pics (make smaller) for use on myspace. I tried photo shop and something called photobucket and got no where. All my pics are about 2x's too big for myspace. Can someone tell me a better way???

Here is a little trick I use. If you have outlook express compose or start an email and then insert the picture in the body of the email as "insert"..."picture"....

then you can right click on the picture and the little boxes will be in each corner and you can grab them with your mouse arrow and resize them. When you get them the size you want then "save as" jpeg or gif.

Assuming it's a .jpg, open it in Paint (Start>All Programs> Accessories> Paint), then from the menubar click Image > Stretch/Skew. On the options choose a % fo both vertical and horizontal until it fits your desire. And save it again. You're done!

Try irfan view it has got tools to change resolution change format and many other things too.
