what is the best program for maintaince on windows xp.?

maintenance is a variety of things that should be done...much like a car needs it on a regular basis, so does a computer...this would include a good cleaning inside and out...open the case and use a can of air to get the dust out of the fans and around the vents too... (at least every few months).....then use a good anti-virus to run scans on a regular basis..I use Norton SystemWorks.....I also use Windows Defender for anti-spyware defense..its free from Microsoft and does the best job for this... dont forget to do a Disk Cleanup and Defrag on a regular basis too....this would mean at least every few weeks.....a clean computer runs cooler and faster... good luck!
