my system always crashes and hang

Me to. Tell you what I know, probably everyone by now knows.
Alt ctrl and delete at the same time #1
Go into tools if you can and then internet options, general tab,
delete cookies and files and history.
Learn to do that if you go in a site your parents don't want you to visit. Works for that to. Always delete history.
Doesn't mess up programs but the best way is : Run, disk mgr
or disk clean up. Prompt comes up with drive C click ok and then it asks do you want it to remove temporary internet programs click yes. Again it doesn't mess up anything just gets you out of lock down. Those are my 3 staples.

1,shortage of system resource

Memory issues. Install more memory.
