Computer was working fine until I tried to get on Yahoo Messenger today!!! Now I've had to convert to dial up, until phone company can come out. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Otherwise, I have to deal with slow dial up until Monday. HELP!!!

Try resetting your DSL. Take off all the wires for a few minutes, then connect it again. If the problem persists, then its the DSL company's problem. Sometimes DSL companies have outages and their ISP service goes down. Usually when you call your DSL company, they give you an ETA on when they think it might get restored.

Flip over you you DSL modem and click reset, or more directly, type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar and you will be at your moden where you can reconfigure it.
