Simple dudes and dudettes! You have to start your yahoo 360 page first, Once you have it started you can upload photos to it! Lastly, click on the "my page" text and then click "edit personal photos" to the left of the screen. Pick the pic you want and set as primary.

1) Create a yahoo 360 profile
2) Add your picture there
3) Come to the answers site and click your smily face
4) Click Edit My Info
5) Select your 360 picture

You have to have Yahoo 360.

create a yahoo360 page, upload photos into it them choose one of your uploaded photos as your default photo.
