just print image/picture in color, not black

I have photos on my cell phone that I emailed to myself, but they are in .bin file format. I have no way of converting them to .jpg file so that I can post them on profiles and such. So how do I go about converting them and where can I find the program to do so?

Is it true that if I stay connected to something with my IP address, then at the end of my current IP's lease time the DHCP will reestablish the lease? I'm trying to find out, because my computer's dynamic IP has been the same for about a month now, and for the entire month, (apart from rebooting) my computer has had the Apache HTTP server running. So, it's nice to have the same IP, but I would like to know if that's why it's not changing.

my pc comes on but nothing is displayed on monitor. I have tried 2 monitors so I dont think thats what it is. I have a new radeon 9550 that has worked very well for the lst 3 mos..I smell burning but can;t tell where it is comeing from. My hard drive has been acting up a little but nothing big. all fans spin up, hooked up to onboard video nothing chaanged , but I did notice that the HD dose not spin up and I can not open disc drives. the burning smell seems to be coming from power supply.

i have a dvd drive in my computer and it used to work perfectly but now i dont know what happened it doest want to play dvds at all it plays anytin else but a dvd. it doesnt read da dvd disc and i dnt no y it used to be perfectly fine before.......
