is PS3 available now?

The PS3 will be available on November 17, 2006 for the low low price of 499.99 for the base system and 599.99 for the better one. The PS3 will be the next generation video game system from SONY, much like the xbox 360 is the next generation video game system from microsoft. the PS3 therefore is more advanced than the original xbox.

it depends on the gaming system in past generation that u have played. people say oh this for sure and this sucks. Truth is i have read up on this subject for hours. I have concluded ps3 is going to be better without a doubt. The games might effect your decesion but i'm a big gta fan and final fantasy and grand turismo fan. Fun games. Ya but the ps3 and xbox 360, ps3 because it has blue ray technology and does everything the xbox can but way more. Ps3 comes out in november the 17, one day b4 my birthday. The cheaper model is $500 american dollars and the action packer more expensive model is $600. it's worth it if u have the money. to get an xbox that measures up to the ps3, ur gonna need to do alot of upgrades and u'll wind up spending more than watcha would on a ps3. Oh and ps., if u get a cheaper model of the ps3, u can't just buy stuff to make it as good as the more expensive model like u can with the xbox's cheaper model! I personally think the PS3 will be better since they have new technology called a Blue-Ray which will allow designers of games to enhance the details and give a better look. Plus more games are being made currently for the PS3.
The PS3 was supposed to release this spring but the compnay had to pull it back to fall.

PS3 will not release until this Fall/Winter.
Xbox 360 is it's competition, and it is unknown which system will be more preferred until the PS3 drops, though the PS3 is likely to be favored over Xbox 360.
