If the window for games wont open at all you might check your pop up blocker. Try turning it off or overriding it and see if that helps.

Some games take shokwave, or direct X to run

Go to ACCESSORIES
GO TO SYSTEM TOOLS
CLICK : disk Cleanup.
After That go to DISK DEFRAGMENTER
will see how it goes after that.
