Open the .bin photo file in whatever photo editing software you have.
Then do a Save As, selecting JPEG as the File Type.
This process will do the conversion for you.
(Note that not all photo editing software will handle .bin files.)

Try Picasa, Which Can help you convert Pictures into main file types, like JPG, BMP, GIF,TIFF.
A free software download from Google.
Picasa is software that helps you instantly find, edit and share all the pictures on your PC. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organised by date with folder names you will recognise. You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups. Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organised.
Picasa also makes advanced editing simple by putting one-click fixes and powerful effects at your fingertips. And Picasa makes it a snap to share your pictures – you can email, print photos home, make gift CDs, and even post pictures on your own blog.

Do a search on renamer programs. You can rename any file or extension! If you are defaulting to a specific extension Go to My computer and then Tools --> Folder Options--> Select tab File types and check your defaults are correct for the file extension you wish!

Well if you emailed them to yourself you should right click and copy the pictures, paste them on paintbrush, then go to save as, once you click save as and the box comes up you will look underneath where you would type the name of the file and you will see save type as, in this box you would scroll down to Jpg, and just save it as that. Hope i made sense.
