i have tryed to burn a dvd movie with dvd shrink. i burned it to a dvd+r and can only play it on my pc, not a dvd player. i have tried several dvd players, none can read it. what did i do wrong?

sometimes errors that says "screen dump", hardware issues, and even asked about the time (norton go back). Can it be just a battery problem or something bigger?

i know its infected with some kind of virus called zlob or something like that!
but every time i try to do a virus scan it shuts off! i tried to scan in safe mode also and it did the same thing!!!
please help me if you know what the problem could be and how to solve it!!!
