Everytime i want to save something from the internet on my computer i get an error message. The message is "the web page could not be saved to the selected location." Please give me step by step instructions.

There are actually several reasons for that.
1.The page is coded not to be copied.
2.You may have set your security too high to copy webpages.

No 1. happens to me every so often too,but my work-around is to use a program called EasyWebSave from

Very convenient.Can be tried for free,but even the
registration is very reasonable at $7.95

Well, you can save it as an offline webpage where it saves all the pictures and everything but unless you do that all your getting is the code. Being that the images and flash files and whatnot are from another part of the server you will save the page but it wont look right at all.

To save as an offline web-page go to (in Internet Exporer): Favorites, Add To Favorites, then click "Make Available offline"

sometime you can go to file and scrow down to "save page"
if that don't work
I just copy the whole thing and paste in words
or you can use "view page source" and paste it in html and save it

while on the webpage just go to file then save as then to my documents then click save

click on the "file" button top left, nd click on "save as" after dat choose where u want to save and name it.
