i have'nt got a clue which is the rom, ram, dvd player, cd player, software install, what disc do i put in what? please explain in SIMPLE terms, talk to me as if im the most stupidist dumb asshole you ever met! you get 10 points for the one who teaches me this one, coz nobody else is getting through!!!!

What is it called and who do I need to talk to about "inventing" a computer program. My family owns a medical transcription service and we are thinking about in the future perhaps having a program that we can do all the transcription in that will connect all of our different clients and a bunch of other stuff we need it to do that would increase productivity and efficiency. Who would I talk to about this?

My IP addy keeps changing and matches other peeps IP addy's and because of this I am now being accused of posting some horrid messages on someones shoutbox, when I haven't, but the girl said its me coz shes checked my IP and it matches the ones of the nasty messages, but my IP seems to be different with every post I make and I was jsut wondering why. Can anyone help?
