I'm trying to check computers @ work.

Other then the history, there is no practical way to check on a computer itself for where it has been on the Internet. However, if it is a WORK company, and the company has a firewall and/or proxy server (99.9% of them do), they have a listing in the History on the server of every web site the computer has visited. You, however, can not access, modifiy or delete that information from your PC. Only the system's administrator can do that.

If you have any IT experience at all you should already know the answer to this question...sounds like you are trying to cover your a$$.
