since the start button is used to perform some operations and not shutdown some operations and also i dont know why the microsoft is designed like this. is there any one tell me what is the answer behind that.... and let consider the linux based os where they designed the shutdown button in different area not in the start popup box.

In last steps of online registeration a message is coming up that " We are sorry, but it appears that you are in a location that we can't help because of US exports laws" or something like that.
I'm really confused how it can determine my real location. Of course I have used IP-hiding programs, without any benefit...

I List some of coach handbags that i bough and also 2 use Coach handbags, and ebay remove my listing because of trademark issue or VEro or something like that, but their are lot of seller that sells their handbags and ebay never cancel their auction, I want to know WHY!!!?? because every single handbag that I put, every single ebay took away from active auction and I have all the cards and registraion number.... okay...my ex boyfriend got jealous that a guy friend has been emailing me...so just to spite me, he decided to change the password (the one you have to type in whenever you log into your administrator settings on windows xp)...he works in the IT dept. at a school...so he's good with computers. but i know there is a way to reset it...quite simple...does anyone know how??? i cant do anything on my computer until i reset it...and i need it. and for the record, i am on my friends internet right now! haha please help!

its the password that you have to type in if your computer has been shut down and you're trying to log onto windows!
