In our office network, we use both Macs and PCs. Turns out the printer I need connects via USB to a Mac, and I have a PC. I can't connect to the printer on the Mac.

Since replacing my soundcard whenever I try to play an mp3 in Winamp it jumps/skips.
I can open the same mp3 in Media Player or in a different sound editor (I use Goldwave) and it works fine.
The weird thing is that sometimes, after successfully playing the file in Goldwave, it will successfully play in Winamp.
Whenever Winamp decides to play up I can 'fix' the problem by playing the file in Goldwave.

What's up with that?

I've tried installing the very latest version of Winamp, and the PC is virus-free (at the moment).

Ok, I have Avast and it has been warning me when a virus is on my computor. One of them was named, Win32 Trogan 1165. At the same time I am having multiple windows opening up. I have both Internet Explorer and Firefox, but have been using firefox for some time now. I am able to get rid of the virus by moving it to the chest in Avast and then deleting it but another one then comes back later. I don't have money to spend to get rid of this. I need something FREE. Please Help!!!!

Hello, I use a MAC at my work, I don't have a comnputer at home, so when I am working is the only time I can get in touch with some friends that far away, but they don't allow us to chat at my workplace, I downloaded the MSN but I want to hide it so it won't appear in my desktop, how do I do that?
