Is there anyway i can make user accounts at school that are administrator in a certain program or...?

a command promt. I have a basic user account(limited user account) at school is there anyway I can make accounts or administator accounts with a basic user? Like a boot up disc.

Nope, You need admin rights to change user rights.

simple answer nope.
it would require, hacking of the network and getting passed all the security.
so i wouldnt bother thinking anymore about it.
