we were considering this, but my concern was that the diesel would be conbustible with the enclosure of the tool box and the heat-my husband says he doesn't think this would be a problem-any feedback? thanks

I think that drivers passing their tests at 17 should only be able to drive cars under 1100cc and maybe when they have been driving for 2 years up to 1600cc for a further year. I say this from my own experience, within a year of passing my driving test at 17 i was driving a 2ltr fuel injected gti around. Looking back on it i was not experienced enough to be driving such a powerfull car and could have killed myself on many occasions. should we change the law to take a more sensible aproach to driving for new drivers, espescialy of a young age.

This happened to my mom. She took her car to be inspected so she could get it relicensed. The shop told her she had to get a ton of work done, to the tune of about $700, $700 she did not have. She then took it to another shop for a second opinion and they said everything was fine. How is it that one shop would say $700 and another it's fine? Is what the first shop did criminal?

I've seen dump trucks with signs saying they're not responsible for broken windshields and the like. How can that legally be so? If I put a sign on my car that says 'Not responsible for wrecks," does that clear me if I hit someone?

My Dad was blind. He was crossing the street at a crosswalk when he was hit and killed by a speeding car. The driver didn't have a license or insurance. He hit him so hard it threw all of his clothesoff him and threw him 8feet in the air and landed 25 feet away. The police won't do anything cause they say that my Dad walked against the light. The driver is still driving today. He should of never been behind the wheel. He also refused to take a chemical test. We're trying to find a lawyer to help us.
