Just because it's a big tank doesn't make it "SAFE" & just because it's expensive doesn't make it reliable.
It is rated poorly in both the above categories by numerous studies.

Because the Hummer H2 is not really a hummer that you are thinking of. The frame for a hummer comes from GM's Suburban. The original H1 alfa's had an actual frame and not a unibody. The H3's are worse than the H2's in the fact that hey have the same frame as a tahoe or equinox.

The H2? A Tank? How can that be? It's based on a GM truck chassis it's not like the original Hummer, they are truly tanks in their own rights.

the original is a tank, Hummer 2 is basically a redesigned suburban using the Hummer name, H3 isn't any better.
