Happy Thanksgiving, Unfortunately last night me and my friend got into a car accident with each other after dark last night. We were on a side road at night after dark. I was stopped in the middle of the street and my friend was parked at the curb in front . My friend suddenly tried to make a U-Turn just as I started to go so I smashed into his quater panel on the drivers side as he was sideways across the street. There is extensive damage to his 1999 Toyota Solara and no Damage to My 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. The question is who is at fault him making the u-turn/ 3 point turn across the street or me who drove into the side of him while going straight ahead. Your help is greatly appreicated!!!

Can you share your pothole experiences with me as I'm doing some research. Has your car been damaged by a pothole? Have you a pothole on your road that has taken months to repair. Have you made a successful claim after your car was damaged? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Why don't Civil Engineers post what side a freeway on-ramp will be on so drivers don't have to guess at the last minute, saving traffic time and congestion?

Ex: If I want to go Northbound, what lane should I be in so I am not way right when I need to be way left.
