i accidently mixed a little kerosene with gasoline in my lawnmower(tank is about 3/4 gasoline 1/8 kerosene) is this a problem or should i run it like normal ,if it is a problem what should i do?

you can drain it by turning it upsidedown, but first drain the oil or it will smoke like crazy, dont forget to refill the oil :(

That depends upon what the other 1/8th is. Assuming that it's not water, or that your math is bad, it should smoke a bit but probably won't hurt much. It's an old trick that we used to use to de-carbon engines back in the day. It messes up catalytic converters so we don't do it any more.

wouldn't worry too much, the owners manual for my '49 Chev 1/2 ton talked about where to set the distributor to burn kerosene, now if it was 1/8 tank in your new car , get it out now !

i used to have a 1965 dodge bakkie, 6 cyl engine, i used to run it on kerosene only, a bit of a battle to start it in winter, a bit of petrol down the carburetter sorted this out, adjusted the timing a bit. this dodge bakkie ran like this for 4 years, then i sold it.

Try to run it. I think the worst that will happen is a little smoke out of the exhaust. It may not run. In that case, drain and refill with gas.

replace the mixes drain the tank and put fresh fuel in
