i have been cited for acda (distance judement), and my court date has not been set yet.i have been fined 100$ for my citation and need to kno the minimum and maximum time i could lose my license

This light is the orange one in the bottom right hand corner of the dash. It comes on intermittently and appears to depict a person leaning back in the driver's seat with a large black beach ball in their lap. I have mislaid the manual so would appreciate the benefit of someone's knowledge here!

Explain that logic - and don't give the rubbish about visibility?! High intensity fog lights only make the rain conditions worse. And don't forget what the rules are re turning on fog lights!

Moving across country (1,600 miles) in a Toyota Rav-4 & need to take with me more than will fit in. Has anyone installed a hitch & towed any size trailer in this vehicle? Toyota dealer tells me no more than 1,500 pounds is safe to tow, & for only short distances. i trust this audience -- please give me your input!!! And Much Thanks in Advance!!!

I have seen urban roads with signs every half block and I have seen similar types of roads with signs every few miles. I assume there are federal guidlines for the population of these signs on Interstate highways.

ok, i am going to take my driving test in about two months. i am so nervous and was wondering if anyone can tell me what they ask you to do. i am doing the physical driving test in pasadena or glendale. anyone who has taken it from these places please help??? or anywhere else. i am NOT taking the written, taking it with the driving test person, in the car. if you have any advice, tips, cautions, anything. please tell me. i would really appreciate it. like what the tell you to do? 3 point turn, parallel parking? please help...i need to pass the first time. thanks

Today coming to a roundabout I was the back car in a line of 3, the first car suddenly stopped for no reason as his entry onto the roundabout was clear. The guy in front of me said he braked sharply and stopped before he hit the first car (but his break lights did not come on) I skidded and hit the back of the car in front of me which the guy told me later that I had shunted him into the first car when I rear ended him. I believe that the seond car had not braked and hit the back of the first car thus me not seeing any brake lights thought he was not stopping and by the time I realised this I hit the brakes hard. My insurance company said its all my fault is this the case. Would it help if I claimed that the ABS must have failed/not worked correctly as my wheels locked which they should not do. The first car drove of and parked out of view the 2 people in this car who 1 had short hair and was tallish the 2nd was short and bald, but they told me that the bald guy was driving.

i need someone that actually knows about car crash law suits. first imagine there is NO SPEED LIMITS IN HIGHWAYS.(just use it)

Driver A is driving 60 miles an hour with wife is coming to an exit out of highway instead of almost missing exit, makes a SHARP right turn and driver looses control and car starts to spin and just stops in middle of highway and then the car just stops. Driver A puts the feet to the pedal and car DOESN'T move. gets out of car to put warning signs as suppose to by law. then 2 minutes later Driver B driving at 80 miles per hour doesn't see the Driver A car in time and slams badly into Driver A's car and Driver A's wife dies instantly. Driver A suffers little knee injury Driver B suffers little neck injury. Then Driver B decides to Sue Driver A.
In terms of the LAW is it right that Driver B is the one to sue or what happens? can Driver A counter sue? or how would the lawsuit go in court? who is responsible? (SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE)
