I got a DUI 25 yrs ago - wrong dl# was written on ticket - have been driving on good license ever since not knowing anything was wrong - was stopped a couple of times with no problems (now have to take classes and will be revoked for 1 yr)

You know how there are vacuum hoses which attach to the map sensor, fuel pressure regulator, etc. What exactly do they do, and how do they work?

What would be the effect of a small vacuum leak in one of the hoses, and could this leak impact the vacuum pressure in other hoses?

Today I went to walmart for a oil change and to repair my flat tire. I took my car in today at 10am. I told them what i want done and they said 45 minutes. A hour passes and they haven't even worked on my car. About a half hour later they call me and told me that my flat tire i brought in can't be fixed because the nail is in the side wall and they are not allowed to do it. I said ok and I bought a new tire. It is past noon and finally my car is done. I pay for the tire and oil change and it is $140 bucks. So I grab my keys and go home. They tossed my flat tire in my trunk without telling me and left a 5 qt empty bottle of motor oil in my car as well. Then to top it off as im driving home white smoke is coming from my car. I get home and find a bunch of oil spilled across my engine bay thus causing my engine to burn the oil on top. I called the walmart immediatly to speak to the manager and was on hold for 45 minutes! Just been watching Jeremy Clarkson test driving a Porsche, there have been loads of bikers and car drivers that have been nicked for videoing themselves while speeding..surely this must apply to Top Gear....If not I want a job on the programme!

I have a feeling that all of the pumps are really pulling from the same tank. I've only ever noticed one place for the gas to come out of the trucks that deliver the gas; I don't see how multiple grades of gas could be delivered by one truck.

my 2005 silverado truck has only 15000 miles on it. it gets 9 miles to the gallon .it got 9 mpg the day I bought it it get 9 mpg now.. is this even legal? the sticker on the window said this truck gets 16 mpg to 22 mpg. it has NEVER gotten more than 9. its a nice truck. a 2500 HD crew cab.runs like a top notch truck. just awful on gas. shouldnt it be illegal to manufacture a truck with such bad gas mileage?.we need laws against making such a gas eating truck. any suggestions.?I owe more than payoff so selling isnt an option.the payments are so high. I cant afford to do many modifications.its all stock except for the towing pakage. I bought it to pull my RV camper around.
