I know the tires can be shot at, but if so, does any damage come to them? I was watching The Unit last night and a motorcyclist was shooting at an armoured car. Couldnt he just have shot the tires and made the car stop?

Consider the following situation: A person purchased a 2006 Grand prix from your dealership 4 months ago, their car gets both the front and rear doors hit so much so that both of them needs to be replaced. The person does not feel safe in the car and no longer wants the car, the purchase price was 16,450 with all taxes and fees. What trade-in amount could they possibly get? or would you even be able to put them in another vehicle? What can the dealership do in a situation like this? Serious answers only.

I own a Volkswagon Passat with all-wheel dirve and was told that using chains for snow driving is not appropriate and in fact would be bad for the car. Is this true? Or, if not, are there other precautions that must be taken when using chains on a vehicle with all wheel drive? Thank you
