Lexus has recently launched the GS450h. A hybrid electric vehicle that delivers 339bhp, will shoot from 0 to 60 mph in 5 seconds and still achieve 25 city and 28 freeway mpg. Priced at $56,000, its a serious attempt at market. That cannot come with significant investment and a bet from Lexus. Also, a group in nothern California has launched the first ever all electric serious sports car. The Tesla Roadster electrifies from 0 to 60mph in 4 seconds! At $100,000 its is more of a statement to the world and a toy for the rich.

Will it work? Is the future already here? If not, what could cause things not to turn out this way ?

My car's milege is currently 195,000 miles and it is 1993 Corolla, 4 cylinder. Recently, I spent about $400 to fix mechanical problems. Despite being almost 14 yr old car, it seems to move fine except some low noises.
The mechanic who fixed my car told me my car is fine enough to drive up to 300,000 miles. I don't plan to drive that much but my current financial situation is not good enough to afford another car.
How much longer do you think I can drive my car? When do you suggest changing into a new car?

Was a valid coupon but I forgot to tear off the date completely. Understand hefty fine of S$20K or even imprisonment. Would I be summoned to court to defend myself? What can I do to avoid being fined?

My old car, a Kia Rio, was totalled a few weeks ago and I'm replacing it with a bright red '99 Ford Escort coupe. I need a name for this new car that's short, easy to remember and just clicks.

To get a feel for my naming practices, my last car was named Booger, my truck is Bowser, trailer is Yoshi, another car is named Zeus/Sparky and my cats are Chewie and Pompeii. Also, if the name was somehow related to Star Wars that would be awesome.

I heard it is but also that a blow off valve works with the air let off by the exhaust of the turbo a supercharger has no fumes to get rid off, as far as I'm concerned it is just directly connected to the engine. That is all I know. I'm not a mechanic and have no experience in hte field so osme one correct me if I'm wrong.

My friend Greg has a nissan pathfinder and he always calls it a truck and this annoys me to no end! We have this running argument about it. He says it's a suv truck and I say it a suv, sport utility vehicle, not a truck. I think REAL truck drivers don't think it's a truck! Our friend Andrew also says it not a truck because Andrew has a real truck. I looked in the nissan manual and all it says it is a vehicle.....please give your opinion and prove ME right!
