Yes, your speedo gauge will reading slightly different. After you get the tires, take it back to the dealer. They will calculate the proper speed and changer the speedo gear(a small plastic piece, about $15). Good Luck

If the tire diameter is different that the factory stock tire it will affect your speedometer reading. Most people who do this, without going to an extremely large wheel, simply use a smaller tire in combination with the larger rim. Most tire manufacturers web-sites have a formula to calculate this.
Example: If the stock tire and rim is185x75R14 you could use 185x70R15, 185x65R16, 185x60R17 etc. and not mess up the speedometer.

Others have mentioned the speedo difference. I ask: Are you going to a bigger wheel? Is there enough clearance? Make sure they aren't going to rub, especially when you make a turn. If you are going smaller I cannot imagine what you hope to gain. Do not mix the size of wheels front to back, this could change your castor angle and make the car unstable.

yes. if you go with bigger rims and tires and the overall diameter is larger than the original rims and tires, your speedometer will read faster than you are actually going. your gas mileage will also be affected. other than that the only other thing i can think of is your turning radius
