why is the costliest car?

i think it is bugatti veyron but why is it so costly???
what is the speciality of that car??

Hey Sid ...start off with this description:

How would you define the most amazing production car in the world? Would it be:

* The car with the most horsepower?
* The car with the fastest top speed and acceleration?
* The most expensive car?

At the moment, the Bugatti Veyron appears to have it all:

* A W-16 engine that can produce 1,001 horsepower
* A top speed of 250+ mph (400+ kph)
* A zero-to-60 time of three seconds
* A zero-to-180 time of 14 seconds
* A price tag somewhere in the $1.2 million range.

As far as cars go - it's the king. No other company in history has ever created such a machine!

Bugatti Veyron. I,001 HP at the rear wheels. 2,500 HP at the crank according to Bugatti. Virtually every part is had made and that makes it very pricey. 13 radiators on the engine, even one for the spoiler at the back. If you get a chance try and get hold of the Top Gear report by Jeremy Clarkson when he drove it from I think Italy to the UK. Sounds aw some, just like a low flying spitfire.

Because society needs a means of separating the rich from their money. Otherwise, they'd keep it all, which doesn't help much of anyone.

As for what the Veyron has for the money - around a thousand horsepower, a top speed that would be impressive at the Bonneville Salt Flats, a finely crafted interior, and a lot of gadgets.

It would be the dodge I bought from a car lot when I was just out of high school . Every week I had to fix something , I could have bought 2 bugatti's for what I spent on that one.
