I'm a mechanic, part of the diagnoses is to drive the vehicle to feel the problem for yourself (if safe). I've drivin everything from a Dodge Viper, to the K-Car, to Ford F550 Turbo Diesel, to Chevrolet S10. I still think the funnest car I ever Drove was my neiborghs Volvo, with a blown 302. The thing scared me to drive, it was that fast. I'm putting the same Engine/Transmission/Rear Differential into my 1989 Ford Ranger. I love Sleepers, and a $1000 pos with $15000 worth of power preformance beats any "super" car. No one expects a 1989 Volvo with 450 RWHP.

Old bare bones Land Rover for me. Hair down and wild and blowing in the breeze.
Or if I have to drive my kids around, I'd take your run of the mill Range Rover.
Hey I have to have something that holds 2 kids...tbh I'd rather be out in the LR without them...is that so wrong?

There's tons of great cars out there, but right now I really want to drive a Ford GT. Vintage race car styling with modern day suspension and horsepower. Very, very cool. A Ferarri F40 is also a great choice.

Steve-o has it right with the RX-7, but vipers are way to big and heavy and the ones from 1999 - 2002 looked better, but you can only get them in the Japanese market.

My favorite car is my 1988 Trans Am. I also have a jeep that is my main means of transport as my TA only has 56,000 miles on it but I still Love it because my deceased husband bought it for me new as a Mothers Day present. It will probably still be sitting here when I am no longer here.....But it is in perfect condition and looks pretty sitting in my covered driveway.

I can't drive now due to medical reasons. If I could, I'd love to own a Ford Escort. They're so compact, but not too small, and they look like they could be parked almost anywhere. My color choices would be: metallic red, yellow, blue, or take one that's solid black and work all three colors into a design on the car.
