Do they actually do anything or are they just for looks? Has anybody ever done any wind tunnel tests to see if they do anything? This is on street cars..

I called and they say I need to goto court even though I was "only" doing 26 over the limit. Normally they only make it mandatory when it's 30+.
They didn't send me the notice, since the cop wrote the wrong address on the ticket. What options do I have? Guilty? Not guilty?
I heard one can pay 25% on the fine if you appear or something.

This is California. Any help? :) Thanks all.

so i was turning right on red light.. for 3 years i've been slowing down and proceding and today i got a ticket.. i know i have to do a "complete stop" on red.. my question is.. how much could be the fines in $.. it said on ticket that i was on 5mph when i did it.. but it didnt say any amount..

he said i could either go to traffic school or do it online.. and it wont go to my driving record?.. this is my first ever ticket in my entire life
