In professional driving (truck driving), I see advertisements that require an "AZ License," and we are not talking about Arizona. Can anyone shed some light on what that means? Thank you. Lawrence

Not a HAZ license, it is combined in AZ or DZ license, appears to be Canadian.

I would suggest it might say HAZ license, this is a special license to drive a vehicle carrying hazardous material.

It has to do with classes of commercial driver license in the Provence of Ontario. "A-D" deals with the gross weight of the commercial vehicle, and "Z " deals with vehicles equipped with air brakes.
