Aston Martin or TRV* (both hand built in the UK, but the TRV is moving to Russia or so I heard)
Germany for more affordable reliability and solid cars
Japan & Korea....lots of extras, good prices and occassionally good design
USA, big brash, gas guzzling, but some amazing looking cars
France & Italy......hmmmm, less said the better!!!
