you locate the daytime running light fuse & pull it out. your lights should then only turn on & off when you use the switch & operate like normal lights. test to make sure you pulled the right fuse before you hit the road.

You can't; there is no switch because the running lights automatically turn on with the engine running. If there is a way, a Toyota mechanic may be able to tell you, but it's not going to be convenient.

Some cars turn out the DRL's when the parking brake is engaged, you may put them out by engaging the handle one click, but personally I wouldn't recommend it.

its called DRL (Daylight Running Lights).. some cars are always on.. some can be turned off some can't.. dunno about corollas
