I'm looking for grants to help buy police cars for my k-9 unit / any help is thankful?

If you are a cop try FEMA. The DNR will also have vehicles, these will be free but you will not be able to sell them. Go to your local firedepartment, they write grants all the time and know which ones to apply for.
