Does Anyone in Illinois know if a service exists where I could get My Drivers License by having someone come over to the house, take my test with this person, and then get a waiver to get my license at the DMV?? Seriously, i would pay over $1000 for this service! any info from anyone?

i ordered a pacage through console source.com and today they changed there website and it wont let me log on to my account. If i cant log onto the account then i get get my tracking number so i can check the status. the package is seposed to come on the 11th (tomorro). how accurate is the system? i checked it yesterday and it said delivery dat 10/11/06. and is there ANYWAY to get the tracking number besides calling the shipper which is now closed.
I also tried calling UPS.
no luck

i need a cheep(under $200) scooter for school i dont care if its gas or ele. but it will need to go up hills and i need it to be able to hold me(i would probley say max. 250-300lbs so it can go somewhat fast) . i would like also to know the laws in Utah for scooters. thanks

My car was towed for an invalid tag, and I can't pay the impound fee to the towing company. I'm willing to sign over my title to the car to the towing company, but they also want me to pay the towing fee, which I can't afford. I have many personal items inside the car, including insurance papers, custody papers, my contact lens, articles of clothing, that I need to live. Is it legal for the towing company to withhold such items of personal property?
