Drain the radiator and refill with exact 50/50 mix. Run the vehicle almost all the way out of fuel before parking, and have a few gallons ready when you need to go drive it. Put the car on jack stands or blocks and remove all air pressure. If you can get Nitrogen, this is the best thing to put in the tires. But just enough to push the walls out, no real pressure. Also if you can find some good silicone lubricant to put on the tires to prevent dry-rotting that's great. Cover the car to prevent dust from settling into the finish. Make sure that you run the Air with the A/C ON for 5 minutes and then with the A/C OFF for 5 minutes before shutting it down completely. Get a small rag and place it over the bicycle valve on your fuel rail. Use a pen to let the fuel pressure out of the fuel system. CAREFULLY. The fuel is under high pressure, so when it somes out, it atomizes, producing the risk of explosion in the presence of spark or flame. cover your seats and wipe them down with protectant.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!

On the day you return to your car, the first thing you need to do is change the oil. Having it sit for more than a couple of months may also cause the oil to eat into the petroleum based seals and cause a smalle oil leak. But this takes a while, and for the winter you should be ok. But don't drain the oil. This will cause rusting on your pistons and valves.

That should be everything to keep it in perfect shape. This is, of course an extended list, so follow it liberally. Except for the parts about the oil and the radiator. Those are important.
