one of my friends told me that they are going to start making it again but she wasnt really sure. does anyone know for sure? and when?

well i have a high thought that yes they will start making it again.......its just like the gm comany did to the camaro and stopped making it then after a few years they started making it again from public demand.........and if they dont bring back the firebird then u can always buy a camaro for the same price.

My favorite is the 1968, but I wouldn't go any newer than 1979, as that was the last year for the "big motors" i.e. 400 ci

I don't think you will see one any time soon.The good news is --CHEVY is bringing back the CAMARO
