SO HERES THE DEAL, I WANT TO FORCE A 2JZGTE INTO AN AE86. HOWEVER, IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE IF IM NOT THE FIRST OR ATLEAST ONE OF VERY FEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE EVER DONE SO. SO HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN AN AE86 WITH A 2JZGTE CRAMED UNDER THE HOOD.

PS. YES I KNOW IT WILL REQUIRE CUTTING AND IT WILL BE EXTREMLY TIME CONSUMEING AND RATHER EXPENSIVE

We have one, and there's a little red button at the side of the automatic gear shift, and we don't know what it's for, as it's written in Japanese! (An no, it doesn't mention it in the handbook!). Just wondered if anybody can put us out of our enquisitive misery!

Only American Automakers such as GM, Ford, and Chrysler are changing their model names when they redesign, its almost frequently. Then you have toyota and nissan whom hardly ever change their models names, but refer to the new makeovers as Generations such as a 93 Camry is refered to as a Gen 2 Camry. Its not really helping sales for the Americans....

Ok there's this rumor going around my automotive classes that Toyota is bringing back the Supra. I've also heard that the Lexus concept LFA is supposed to be the new Supra, which wouldn't be bad because the SC300 was just as good as a none turbo Supra. So what has everyone heard and I'd like information sources to go along with your answer. Thanks!

I am in the process at looking at another truck. I currently own a 94' Nissan Pick-up but I am looking for something newer. I came across the Tundra and the Tacoma and I heard Toyota trucks are pretty good and reliable. I know the Tundra is the bigger of the two but which one would recommend for a 20 year old college student?

Also, not that it is a big deal or anything but does the 01-04 model Tundras and Tacomas come with keyless entry?

Anyways, positive answers would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have not heard much about this car. Is it a good car? Reliable, fuel efficient, affordable, comfortable? How is it compared to the likes of the Corolla or Camry? Is it available in the US?

but I want to get the best possible deal I can. I don't want options or luxuries. The only thing I want is auto transmission, but it seems they are trying to charge about $1,000 for that(!), compared to the manual. Anyone know any method that I can cut a better deal on my car since I will pay cash up front? Or is that actually a handicap? I have been told different things. Please advise if you can help. Thanks.

I ALWAYS wear my seatbelt first of all but I sometimes take it off as I am pulling into my neighborhood and I have to listen to it. It is very annoying and it starts over when I leave the car running, get out and get back into the car and start to drive. This can get very repetative if you are looking for houses and are having to get in and out of the car without turning it off!

I have a 2006 Scion tC right now, and I love it, however I live where it snows all the time, and I have already had problems in the snow with my car. I have snow tires and everything, and I still can barely make it to work. I was thinking about getting a 4 wheel drive Tacoma. I want the Quad Cab automatic, and it is right in my price range. So what do you think? Is the Tacoma worth selling my Scion to get? And is it a mechanically good truck?

hey everyone. the head gasket for my 1994 toyota camry xle blew this weekend (real fun stuff as I was driving 4 hours from college to surprise my ma on her 50th bday).

How much am I looking at to repair it? Should I go to a toyota dealer or private mechanic?

Thanks.
