Eh...first of all, all of you people saying, "there is no 'Back Book...it's 'Blue Book'" and only partly wrong.

"Black Book" is a listing of what cars are actually selling for at auction, and is one of the most precise indicators of market value for a vehicle.

"Blue Book" shows what cars are selling/trading for in a given market, but is often very inaccurate, because without being privy to the entire deal, it's impossible to know if those numbers have been manipulated to make the deal a certain way (especially in the case of trades that have alot of inequity).

The 85 corolla is probably out the the traditional range for "Book Value." Something that old is just worth what you can find someone to pay. A realistic wholesale value would be between $25 and $200.

First of all The blue book value is 0 because its old and to them its not worth your time but if you car the person who knows about the drifting scene and the Initial D stuff your most likely to spend 500 for one without an engine 1000 with a lot of body work and a really perfect one will cost close to 2000-4000 with everything running and not salvaged.

Almost anything over 10 years old(unless it is a specialty car) is assigned a value of $0-$200 sorry if you were hoping you won the lottery.

Unless you have a specific reason to buy this car the value is virtually zilch.
