i put new flowtech mufflers on it and took the resignator out and replaced it with a straight pipe its a deep sound like i wanted but its not loud i dont want it to sound like a honda it has a throaty sound almost like a v8 but it isn't loud so what can i do

I've heard that these rotors eat up brake pads. I love the way the look though. Any suggestions on rotors that are a reasonable price? I know brembos and powerslots are out there, but hear anything good about r1 concepts or rotorworks?

Recently my rear defog has only been heating up the centre strip rather than the hole grid. I've checked the window itself and everything looks fine. I have checked the fuses and they are fine (I don't know how to check the relay box). The fact that it still heats up the centre line is what confuses me, if the entire grid didn't work than that would be one thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i didn't have much choice. i needed a car, it was affordable, but if i was to do it again i wouldn't buy another. No real power, it's more plastic than metal, i could go on.

the thing on the front bumper w/ the firebird logo that covers the front plate slot. mine fell off and i rolled over it...not good. the dealerships want $80 for one, and i can never find the color i need on ebay (pewter), and even the other colors go for about the same price. is there some website or something i dont know about? also, will the "pontiac" ones from grand am, grand prixs, etc. fit into that spot, or are firebird covers unique to those cars. i can live without the screaming chicken emblem if it'll save me $50 or so.

I bought my husband a 1957 pontiac to restore but we can not find the make of the car anywheres as it has an "unique" style to the sides unlike any ever seen. We need to know what make it is. Could any one help us on finding a list of makes and models of what pontiac made in the year 1957. This car is a four door hard top with the pontiac emblem on the hood and the trunk. The side design is not that of the regular arrow look. This one has the normal design starting off at the back fender but then ending before getting to the front door of the car. (just the feather of the arrow) with three stars inside of it.

Okay Question Time, Mint Car, Trying to Find out two things...
1.) How or is it possible to remove the heat vents just the covers so i can clean them?
2.) How do you take apart the area around the shifter boot, as i want to clean in there as well?

i have a 91 pontiac sunbird with a 3.1 v6 3 speed automatic i want to upgrde the shifter to a B&M or hurst shifter anyone know where i can find one to fit my application even if it has to be modified a bit doesnt matter i keep getting told by most places that sell a few of them that they have only sold ones for a rear wheel drive vehicle not a front wheel drive one but if front wheel drive drag cars a race cars have them why shouldnt it work for me holla back if you know of a place

I just got a 94 Grand Prix SE and I've noticed that the two fans in the engine don't turn on. I don't know if they should come on automatically when needed. I know one of the fans should come on when I use the AC, but the other one doesn't seem to come on, no matter what the engine temp is. The weather has been cold and the engine hasn't been overheating, but I'm still concerned.

sequence ya'll suggested,appreciated much: 18436572, appreciated.. now then do ya'll have any other suggestions that might help,the car wont fire,Just to confirm the suggestion on e person gave; #1 cylinder would be on the drivers side right?
