We were talking at work today and a question came up, what was the tuning company that Ford used back in the late 70's and 80's, (Not Cosworth) all that we could come up with was that it began with a "T", if any one could help,

'84 Ford F350- Replaced- Master cylinder-front caliper-rear wheel cyclinder-porctional valve-flex hoses-vaccum pump-new linning-fluid.
After bleeding, front brakes work for a while.
After a while rear only, then front come in a little, not right!

Holley 750 double pumper carb?
i have a 750 double pumper on a ford mustang 302 and its fouling the plugs and a guy at a local ford shop told me its to big of a carb i have e-303 cam gt-40 heads 1.7rr full msd egn. barry grant fuel presure regulator he also told me if i jet it down that it would work fine he said he just done the same thing for a guy and it worked fine,but hes out of town now and i need to no do i need to change the squirters also i have #31 INSTALLED NOW.

Are any of you totally annoyed by that Ford commercial with Taylor Hicks?
I think they should and air it atleast 10x more then they did the 1st

Is it bad/dangerous to use spray on a 2003 Mustang GT with an automatic transmission? It would be about a 100 shot. I've heard horror stories about blowing holes through engines and cracked blocks with nitrous when shifting at the wrong time. Would it be alright for my car?

i have a 2003 ford f-150 xlt with 58000 miles. the tranny was just replaced 3 months ago and now when i start the truck in the morning it moves forward from 1 to 5 inches. the dealer where i got it says this is normal. the hydrolic pressure releases over time and it takes a second for it to build again upon starting. it is not a diesel and there are no hydrolic lines ,fluid or pump in the tranny to back up their statement. i think i'm being lied to. i have contacted transmision shops in my area and get the same reply from all of them,"no vehicle should move when started". i got in touch with ford in detroit an thier answer was"what do you want us to do about it". i replied that i wanted it fixed and still have not heard back. it has been over a week.what if i'm in a parking lot and start my truck when some one is in front of me and the truck moves and hits them? i dought ford will pay the medical bills. should i file a class action suit against ford before this happens?

What is the correct name for the part that engauges the 4 wheel drive selections . This part is located outside the Trans.

Anyone know how the drive system on the cam position sensor (CMP) is lubricated? I hear a squealing sound coming from the CMP which is located at the rear of the engine as apposed to the front where the CMP is located for some of the other Ford engines. The sound seems to be worse when the engine is cold and is not as bad or disappears as the engine worms up which makes me think it is a lube issue. Has anyone replaced the CMP, I have seen them advertised for less than $300 including the drive system. Hope I don’t have to replace it.
