I have a 96 audi a4 2.8 quattro. Its got 97,000 miles and i think the clutch is going. Would it be to hard for me to try and replace it myself? Can someone please give me instructions how to do it or tell me how much it should be to be relapaced?

so I should feel the car shift 2 times
but I feel if shift three times

The dealer says the sludge buildup caused something to seize and the timing chain went. The engine is shot. does this make sense with a car with 47000 miles

I bought a 1999 Audi a6 a couple of days ago as my first car. It's in perfect condition and drives great. My only concern is when i stop driving it and get out of the car i smell something like burning rubber. It's not a strong smell and it goes away after i stop driving. Also my mom said that theres something leaking out of it when i drove off the drive way. It might be oil or gas. There is no engine lights or anything on so what could the problem be. If you have any idea please tell me. Thank you

I find them to be exspensive and mostly unhelpful when I need something for my TT Roadster.

I heard they use the same engine in an Audi TT, but that has 225 bhp, they tune the A4 down to 163 bhp. Is there anything I can do to change that?
