I own a 2000 audi a4 1.8t and am considering adding a chip to the computer for increased performance. Not knowing much about this, I am wondering if there are any negative effects that may result in this procedure?

I have an audi a6 2.5TDi Quattro 1996 and my haynes manuel says i need to use new nuts when refitting my front anti roll bar with new bushes (obviously i have to take the originals off when replacing the bushes). But all the local parts people either don't have them or don't have sets to hand ( i need ot large ones for the outer ones and 4 for the inner bushes bracket) and have seemed surprised and said no one seems to be asking for them so it can't be necessary....but haynes says....

I've been told so many things on as to when it is the proper time to check your engine oil. Some have said while it's cold and others have said while it's hot. I would like to know the truth or does it even matter? My car is a 1998 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro

I would love to be able to import an Audi A2 diesel into California. It is such an efficient vehicle, I am surprised that we don't see some enterprising individuals importing them. If they pass EU emissions standards, they must pass here?

Any thoughts?

I got gas, got back in the car, turned it on and the air bag light was on. It does not go off. The car has not been in any accident or anything like that. Does anyone know what would cause the air bag light to all of the sudden go on? Anyone know the cost to get it fixed or how to turn it off?

I'm looking to buy a new car- 2007 model. I keep hearing how the Audi quattro will outperform a BMW in the snow, which isn't surprising considering the quattro's a 4 wheel drive and the BMW is a rear wheel drive. But what about comparing the quattro to a 4 wheel drive BMW (the "ix" series)? Which one would you rather have and why?

When I turn my wheel to the right, my brake indicator lights up, beeps, then turns off after a few seconds. I know this could mean low brake fluid, so I took it to a gas station and we found the fluid to be full. Is this a sensor issue, since it only happens when I turn the wheel one way, or is it something I should be very worried about?
