If you know the address, then http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/pcl/bin/advanced-e.asp will allow you to look up the postal code of any location in Canada (except H0H 0H0, Santa's Postal code!!)

Canadian postal codes are always formatted in the same sequence: alphabetic character / numeral / alpha /numeral / alpha / numeral (e.g. K1A0B1).

Depends on what part of Canada you are sending something too. Just get on Google and type in "town name zip code" and it should pull it up.
