my audi A4 is a m reg and it keeps loosing power but the engine is still running and no lights come on as a warning,we have put her on a computer and it comes up with nothing.
it doesnt do it all the time but then sometimes it will more often than not, if that makes sence?

Year and mileage might help.....but your description is symptomatic of low fuel pressure. If it runs great some days, then its most likely electrical, not the pump itself. No easy obvious fix on this one, just have to tap a pressure gauge into the rail and watch if it drops when your problem occurs. If so, then also attach a voltmeter to the pump terminals to see if there's a voltage drop at the same time the pressure drop occurs. If so, start tracing out the pump power and ground circuit. If none of this works, re-post with more info.

All cars lose power every second they are running because the cylinders in the engine get worn away from the heat. Every year, your car should have lost about 3 HP.

Sounds like your spark plug getting worn out. Remove all spark plugs ( one at a time ) and inspect for fouls and wear. Even no fouls doesn't mean its good. Replace it with Bosch platinum tip around $2.99 ea. Hope this fix?
