From reading, it might be your clutch or a transmission fluid leak. It could be a tire rubbing against something or the CV boot. Check the battery and coolant level too. Since these cars have a plastic belly pan, any coolant or oil that drips will be caught in it and you won't notice low coolant until it's too late because there will be no mark left on the pavement under the car.
It could be one of your belts is too tight also. If it's the timing belt, that would be serious, and the only way to check it is to pull the cover off. But that can only be done by removing the front of the car, like all us do it youself Audi owners have to do to change our timing belt. If that snaps, you're looking at major piston and valve damage.
Check the oil level and remove those plastic covers from the engine that cover the coilpacks / spark plugs. They have the 5V logo on them. Look for oil residue that might be leaking from the heads.
It could be new brake pads, or worn pads or one of the pistons in the calipers is stuck to the rotor and heating the pad and tire / rim. Front pads should have a wear sensor on them that brings up a warning light on the dash when they need replacing, but the rear ones do not. Some people who replace the front pads buy aftermarket, and some don't have the sensor connector, so they just leave it unplugged or looped so the warning light doesn't come on.
Only thing to do is have it checked out by an Audi dealership or mechanic who works on German cars(cheaper). You can check the Audiworld forums in the link below. Use the search function. Type in
"burnt rubber" smell
or any syntax like that and it will have 50-90 topics for you to sort through.

Well, the description given is not sufficient to gauge what it may be. You say, " my mom said that there's something leaking out of it...". Leaking out of what? Where? Is it at the front near the engine or is it leaking out of the exhaust pipe? Sometimes water could leak out of the exhaust after a wash.
Also, note that at times, the ethanol mixed fuel also gives a strange smell like rubber burning or cracker smoke. It is usual and nothing to be worried about.
Ethanol is mixed with fuel to reduce pollution and improve efficiency slightly.
Also, try taking it to the service station as they have an advantage of physically checking what you are telling us.

That's a great car! However you need to find some one who works on AUDI a lot. The seals on the cams do leak some and that could be your leak and your smell. Have it looked at fast. The cam seals leak on to the timing belt and can make it break, which can cause thousands of dollars of damage.

Check the car yourself first, to get an idea. Leave car in the garage and cover floor under it with newspapers. In the morning you will see exactly what, where and how much, if anything, is leaking.

get it checked out by your mechanic. It could be an overtightened belt. It could be a bad gasket.
