No.
There were three different headlamp systems for the Coupé and quattro (ur-quattro). Very early versions used two separate recessed rectangular lamps each side, later versions used flat-fronted non-recessed units, and the last versions used a more curved unit, with the two reflectors combined under a single-piece lens.
The separate lamps were shared with the first-generation Audi 200, the flat units with the early (~1983) 2.1-litre Audi 80 quattro, and the curved units with the 1985 Audi 90 (but not the more-common 1986 to 1992 Audi 90).
Your 1984 model will probably have the flat-fronted, non-recessed lamps, as shown in this picture http://www.kaleu-koch.de/mediac/400_0/media/Twinsklein.jpg shared with a similar-age ur-quattro, and earliest Audi 80 quattros.

I had an 83 with the 2 separate sealed beams and i have an 86 with the single composite lens. I have never seen the 2 reflector/single lense system in the link that one guy sent you. you could get what you need from the same year 4000. Let me know which system you have and I can try to locate some for you.
