M6 Toll road, technically a private road and I've never seen a police car on it plus there are no speed cameras. However the speed limit is still 70mph so maybe a trip to somewhere like Santa pod when they do a "Run what you brung" day or drive over to Germany and have a go on an Autobahn.

The A75 from Gretna to Stranraer. Particularly between Castle Douglas and Newton Stewart. Fabulous fast sweeping corners, superb scenery and NO police.

D&G Police have only 2 mobile cameras and no static cameras. The tend to put the mobiles on the M74 so everywhere else is relatively free. That leaves you with a fantastic 100 miles of quality A-road to play on.

All the ones with the little yellow boxes stood on poles at the side of the road. It's like fairground rides where they take your picture while you're belting along - Mind you, there a little more expensive to buy than the ones at the fairground.

the M45. goes from J15 off the M1 northbound.

it only goes to coventry... but its been resurfaced, and theres only 1 junction. and theres NO GATSO...

however, be very careful as from teh end of the m45 into coventry theres about 8...

its just over 11 miles long, and its where jaguar roadtested the XJS.... this is a 100 and plenty MPH piece ot road.

and if youre bored, its a nice cut thru from teh M1 to the M6 toll (A45) which is 40 miles long and also has no speed cameras...

and if you get nicked, dont tell em i sent you.

and remember; speed kills... esp if you cant drive as well as you think you can.

most of the roads that are possible to drive fast on have speed cameras so i don't really think any of them are really so great for that purpose. unless you're on a motorbike of course. then almost any road will do.

There aren't really anyroads in britain without a speed camera or tow. Just go to a track day. £120 a day i believe. Or go to Germany, their motorways don not have a speed limit or the neubergrink. 3 euros to enter for a couple laps. It has 135 ish corners

In the highlands in Scotland (North of Inverness) - no pedestrians, no junctions, not alot really - you can see a long way in front and sometimes don't see other traffic for ages - Watch out for sheep on the racing line though!!
