2005 model year both rear doors donot open and windows do not open, door modules do not communicate with any other modules.

Check the child safety switches. When you open the door you can see them. Also there is a rear window lock out switch on the drivers window button area.
If the doors are staying locked press the key fob unlock twice.

Your car is still under Audi warranty you need to take it to an Audi dealer.It may be a difficult one to sort out they should have the diagnostic kit to rectify.

Check central locking fuses.
