Or one, I mean if the amp is $1000, then Ill only put 1 L7 in. Or should I just keep my sub that I have currently and just buy a new amp? I have a 12" alpine Type R SWR. My amp is only 350 watts. And, I dont want one where I need a new alternator to put more charge.

My moms getting a brand new 2006 Hyundai Elantra very soon. Then shes gonna give me her 2001 Toyota Corolla. When she gives it to me, should i get a 12 CD changer, a radar detector, a remote car starter, and maybe some new speakers in it? And are radar detectors illegal in Massachusetts?

Okay, the battery is fine. I had it charged and made sure by putting someone elses good battery in the car. I had the starter checked out and was told it was fine. I replaced the selenoid and the little bastad still won't start. Please help!!!

I'll be listening to the radio and all of the sudden a really loud high pitched squeal will come out of my speakers. It's enough to scare the **** out of you. I'll have to turn off my radio and sometimes, when I turn it back on, it will continue. Other times it won't.

I have a Alpine CDA-9851 deck, Alpine 12" Type R SWR, and an alpine v power amp, but I cant remember what it is. (It was about $250 last august)

I have no idea about anything on subwoofers. I found a few online but I dont know what the stats mean. Ive seen ones...22hz-500hz, 20 - 200hz...and 100watt - 2000watt. I want something that my stereo and amp will push, and I want super deep bassa s well as alot of it. But I dont know which one to get. Though I know I want a 15" sub, single preferably. But 2 is better, I just dont have the trunk space because of work stuff. So which sub is good? Rockford Fosgate 15" STAGE 3 P315D4, or, Alpine 15" R series? Or something else like sony? And what is better, high db or lower?

I have a 1995 Pontiac Gran Am & we are putting a new radio in it....does anyone know which wires are which to connect them properly? Mathcing the same color to tha same color isnt correct either stock wires are different than those found on custom radios.

I have a 1994-96 peugeot 306 with only two front speakers. I tried to fit a kenwood cd player from my previous car and connected everything that should be connected. The power comes on and I can hear the cd turn but no sound/noise at all. So I disconnected the speaker wires one by one...the rear ones didnt make any difference but as I disconnected the grey one (right speaker) the sound came on, but only on the left speaker. I connected the wire back and the right speaker worked too. I turned the power off and turned back on....again no sound. So I disconnected the grey wire and turned off and on again...it worked...yes!!..but no sound on the right speaker.


Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this?
