I recommend that you check in a Best Buy or a Circuit City near you for their weekly sale on CD changers.
I personally suggest you either purchase a Panasonic, SONY or Pioneer system.
You may want to go to one of these stores just to ask the advice of one of the salesmen as to what will fit into your car and work with your stereo system - although, most CD changers are universal now.
I am including a link to BEst Buy which is currently selling a JVC system for $170. This system is special because it can play MP3 CD. The reason this is best is because a regular CD can only hold up to around 17 SONGS. A Single MP3 CD holds around 200 songs.
If you use your computer, you could put your ENTIRE MUSIC COLLECTION on just 4 CD's !!!
This JVC is probably the best way to go I think.
If you want a Changer cheaper than $100, go to EBAY.com or come to Canal Street Manhattan. I know plenty of dealers here who will sell you a regular changer for $75 or less. If you need help, contact me via email cause I work near Canal Street.

You need to also know what you're looking for before you jump into one. If this is an addition to a factory system you need one with an RF modulator(goes through the FM stereo, and you have a seperate control), or if its in addition to an aftermarket radio. If its an aftermarket head unit you need to stay with same brand of changer (Pioneer-Pioneer, Kenwood-Kenwood, etc, etc) You can find some good deals on ebay but I also reccomend Crutchfield.com
