I have a flight tomorrow morning to Oklahoma, but I also have serious aerophobia (I'm terrfied of flying in airplanes). Even the slightest bump from turblence nearly gives me a panic attack. I am always afraid that the plane is going to crash, even if it's a short flight (1 hour) such as this one. I would like to be able to tolerate, better yet enjoy, flights. Are there any suggestions to help me get over my intense fear of flying?

I want to be a FA, but I have no idea where to start. I've searched the web, found some schools like: http://www.inflightinstitute.com/#

-I've read that all airlines do their own training, I am wondering if schools like this are a waste of time, money, etc?

I'm a petite female, 115lbs, 5' 2", I've read that height may be an issue as a FA, but I have been a truck driver for the past 7 yrs & am able to perform ALL aspects of the job, so this isn't an issue (for me, hopefully not for an airline *AL's* either). I deal with rude and pushy shippers & receivers all the time, handle things great & when I leave it's over. Prior, I worked customer service jobs, so I'm adept in this area as well.

The thing is, I have no idea where to start, as to get my foot in the door to be a FA.
Where do I start, which Co's are best IYO, what do AL's look for, what can I do to 'up' my chances of getting hired, etc. I live near Dayton, Oh. All info and anything else you can think of is appreciated.
Thanks!

Need a source that has either circles, ellipses, or porabolas in aviation. It's for a project where we apply math to real life. I picked aviation because that's what I'm interested in. If you have any other topic, share it w/ me for a backup incase aviation doesn't work. It could be from atc to the structure of aircraft. Must have source though, thx.

I'm french and I'll probably come in the US this year, as a commercial pilot, I'd like to rent some small aircraft (singe or twin engine piston) to visit the country. Do you know any flying club with affordable rates (everywhere in the US) ? If yes, could you please send me their websites addresses ?
Thanks!

Having problems identifying different aeroplanes - is there a free guide to this on the net?
And how can you tell the difference between a 777 and an a330?
